i'm in the airport. there's an ice storm warning until 10 pm. my flight has already been delayed until 6:45, which may have me sprinting to catch my next plane in houston. my steel-toed boots set off the metal detector, and i was really embarassed. good thing i wasn't wearing the turban morgan suggested

Airports and I have a love/hate relationship. I love going/picking Ky up, but I hate leaving/taking Ky home. Good luck on getting out in this crazy weather. Last winter break Ky had to stay an extra three days with me at my parents' place because of ice storms in both Detroit and Kansas City.

Where are you going? Someplace warm, I hope...

i'm going to texas, way down at the bottom tip of the state, near south padre island. it will be very warm there, probably around 75 degrees. i'm excited. :)

Oh man, I love airports. My dad worked for American Airlines til I was about 12, so we got to fly free. We spent a lot of time in airports! Sometimes I'll smell something for a millisecond that smells like the airport, and it instantly makes me happy. Isn't that weird?
