>the other day, in between work and Dave's meeting, we went to Thirsty Isle to play some pool, and it was more packed at 5pm than i'd ever seen it when i've gone at night. we only had time for one game, but i won and it was fun because it didn't really matter ( Read more... )

i love parent pranks. my mom reminded me today that when we'd go grocery shopping, my brother and i would load the cart up with embarrassing things when she wasn't looking. one time, we put 20 bottles of generic vodka in the cart.another time my brother when he was 12 was making fun of my mom and she playfully slapped him on the shoulder and he said really loud, "please don't hit me again, mommy!"and everyone just stared at her. man,was she embarrassed.

I think the only time I pranked my dad was when I purposely put gum in his hair. he didn't think that was very funny though :)

hahahahahahaha you must have been real little. i remember being at that mischievous age when all i wanted to do was play pranks on my parents, but i didn't have the guts to cause i knew how much trouble i'd get into.

my sisters best friend (when they were in high school) was one of the funniest people i had ever known and one time she and my sister were sitting in the back of her dad's van and my sister watched her friend chew up saltine crackers and blow them into her dad's hair. oh man i always thought that was hilarious.

Heehee I love the balloon prank! That poor dad probably has some kind of balloon shell shock! The vodka one is pretty classic, too!
When I lived at home, I would walk from my room (at the back of my house) down the hallway, pass my dad in the living room, pass my mom in the kitchen, sneak out the back door of the kitchen, into the backyard, crawl through the window of my room, and make rounds in the same direction until my mom was annoyed, and my dad thoroughly confused: "Hey! Didn't you just go that way?!"
