we talked about forgiveness in health and happiness. forgiveness only comes when you realize that what someone else did shouldn't have the power to affect how you feel now. basically, what happened isn't worth worrying about, isn't good enough for you and you shouldn't care about it. when you can do that, the next time you think of the act or person, just remember you're better than it. there's a much more detailed explanation in forgive for good by fred luskin (he was one of the instructors)
