Hugs right back at you. I did not know that so many tears could fall continuously from my eyes until that day. I still feel them welling frequently.

I got your note. It was very much appreciated. Somehow, I was expecting cookies to come in the mail... *grin* Thank you.

This has just not been a good month for your family. I am so sorry for this news but glad you were there for her and that it was as peaceful as it could be. I truly hope March brings your family healing and happiness.

No, and that wasn't the end of it. That was, however, the worst of it. I would have traded much to have my mother still with us for a longer period of time.

Thank you. Sorry that I've been so quiet and focused in the recent weeks. The world has gone by around me and I've missed quite a lot of it.

Thank you, good sir. I join you in the ranks of those who have lost a close family member. Not a sought-after membership, but a membership somberly borne. Perchance we can offer a toast together, held high in memory of those who have fallen.
