Hear ye, hear ye!

There will be a LAN party at the Cullins household on October 13th and 14th. Actually, in all likelihood, it will actually begin on the evening of the 12th (Friday). I would be down for this. I have a spare 17" lcd if space requires it (and there is room for my 26" wide screen).

I am personally not fond of the Civ games but I would be willing to play (for I think the fourth time ever). I am far more fond of first person shooters or rpg's in a group setting. Perhaps real time strategy. Something fairly competative that can be a team game?

On a side not, should I bring my Wii? I only have two controllers but most of the stuff on Wii Sports can use a shared controller anyway (like bowling).

I would like to call dibs on old guy comfortable crash space while I am posting :)

Now, you KNOW that my daughter would like to be able to play the latest Nintendo creation any chance she can get... Which is one of the reasons we don't have it in the house yet. But yes, please, bring the Wii.

The big, comfy recliner has been reserved for your use. If I remember correctly, that's your favorite among the available options.

Oh, and bringing a spare LCD screen will indeed save on some table space vs. a CRT, so yes to that too. We'll make sure that you have a space big enough for your 26" LCD.
