Yes! It's about time I actually get out of the rental world and into equity... Looking at the current market and doing the numbers, if I had pulled my head out of my tuckus about two years ago when I could have done this, I'd be between $50K and $200K ahead of the game... Ah well, some lessons are more expensive than others.

Jenni and I will be doing the same thing this year, if we can qualify for a decent mortgage loan. I'm hoping to be in the new home by Sonja's b-day. Our current landlord is okay with us breaking our lease early due to the impending remodeling at our complex.

oh, I'll be more than happy to help with the moving process. :)
