I have fallen in love. With yoga. And in turn, I am learning to love myself. Its a crazy thing, being aware of an important time in your life while its happening, not just in retrospect. I love you, this was so well-expressed.

I think Brian is really a mentor for you. And I think that moment when you realized that this was a person who would matter matter in a big way in your life is a huge moment, a momentous moment, and those are my favorite. I love when someone snaps your head around and you just know they are going to be important to your development. It's like the legend of the Red Thread, no?

Happy late birthday, darling!

I love Yoga, too. When I was doing it regularly, I was so so comfortable in my own body and so much more relaxed. It was amazing. Acupuncture, I've always been interested in, but far too wimpy to partake in.

I thought I would be totally freaked out by acupuncture..but I was a bit at the end of my rope and decided, what the hell..I'll suck it up and give it a shot. And it was awesome. The needles are so tiny, wire like almost. But it didn't hurt at all...just felt a bit like waking up afterwards. But that was just my experience :)
