Yesterday I walked out to my car and discovered someone had parked on the street blocking the driveway! This is a fairly quiet residential street which has parking on both sides and there were perhaps four cars parked on the entire block (every house has a driveway). Person 1 if happens again: Say something when she pulls back in.

Pushy Kid: Next time he shows up after you tell him to go away the first time, if he comes back tell him you told him once and if he continues to bother you, you will be contacting his parents. Follow through. If parents are no good, contact police. You can file a report that he's harassing you (won't go on any record, but likely to earn a visit to his house/talk with his parents by the cops). Also, check for damage now. Take pictures if needed.

For the pushy kid: Get one of those trap door doormats like on Scooby Doo.

That would work pretty well for the woman with the car too. It would just have to be bigger, and in front of your driveway.
