Oswald Cobblepot should never have been given the chance to own a buisness. Didn't they know that it was going to be corrupted? How did they not see that coming? She knew very well of what he would have done to clear his name in order to make that buisness deal. She isn't dumb and neither is Batman. Some people can be bought and some can be scared to death.

The Penguin can do both.

"He has the original statue." The message is clear. He's not leaving until he has it either in his hands or knows its whereabouts elsewhere.

"Well then it won't be that hard to get it back." She remarks but there is a darkness to her voice that would indicate that she will get it back by whatever means are nessesary.
