the wii will be like the ds.

for about a year, the games are going to be ok.

after that year, we are going to be hit with a slew of amazing wii video games.

that being said, I love my xbox and i love my wii.

also, duncan, you guys are the only ones who are very passionate about video gaming?
Sir, i am subscribed to no less than NINE RSS feeds from various gaming websites. I check this shit hourly.

sadness and heroes look incredible. Then you have galaxy, Prime 3, and Brawl along with...yes, i am saying it, Mario Party 8. The Wii is so much stronger than the ds. Rayman is really fun, monkey golf is back, Wii play is a great deal with the controller. I do think that a few (Wario Ware) do not merit the 50 dollar price tag, but the Wii is definitely going strong.

I didn't say anything fanboyish in the post. Re-read it and come back to me.

In fact, most of the post is about how I thought my favorite video game developers, Bungie, failed to bring a good game in Halo 2. I was holding their feet to the fire, and that's not 'fanboyish' at all.

I also didn't say the PS3 sucked, though I do think it does. I said that it was flopping, which it is. They didn't even sell out their first run of units.

i don't think the ps3 is for the hardcore gamers...yet. They said that they were going to prove that people wanted their system for the price tag. Before launch, they lowered the price all over the world except America. And on top of that, they featured 1 hit game and 4 lawsuits at launch. They need something big...now.

when you got on Gears of War today and said, "DUDE, ALL OUR FRIENDS ARE ON!" and then said, "HAAAAY WHO WANTS TO PLAY XBOX 360?!?!?" I laughed a lot.

umm...Wii's sold out all across america reaching nearly half the amount of the 360's sales in it's first 2 months. It is going to be the Wii and 360 down to the wire, but i do think the 360 is doing a lot better than expected, especially with the ps3...not doing anything.

annddd....I will never accept any apology from bungie for putting that abomination on the market. Why? cuz they can fix so much of it with an update on XBL. They have done it before, they have just given up on it and giving up on the xbox's top franchise is not a wise thing to do.

and finally, you do know all the things you need to do for the halo 3 beta, right? one just finished, another starts in a week, and the final is purchasing Crackdown. Just making sure.

Yeah I'm gonna have to buy Crackdown. What is that by the way? I know it's a game but what kind?

it is from the director/creator of the GTA series and is supposed to have that sort of feel. It also involves a superhero quest type thing to give it more of an arcade type feel along with the comic style graphics...but does any of that matter? free game with halo 3 demo is easily worth 60 bucks
