As long as I get a 3.0 here (easy, easy, easy) then I am going to school for free. I have been given the chance to stay another semester. If I do this, I'll move up to Japanese 3, and be in Japanese 4 by the time I leave. My Japanese would be very, very good at that point ( Read more... )

Maybe next semester's international kids will be somewhat more interesting, but I'm unsure of those chances.
Is this only about Japanese language? If so, I'm sure you could find classes at UK to take at least. If you truly are in love with Kansai Gaidai (...) then I say go for it.

carrie really wants me to spend a tour in japan. and, from what i hear, if you ask for the george washington you get the george washington because most people don't want to live so far from the states. that'd be 4 - 5 years living in japan. but. i really want to go on a sub, not a carrier...

I think staying in Japan another semester is one of those oppurtunities that you just can't pass up. You'll be able to finish school in time still...and if not...it doesn't really matter because everyone takes extra semesters and whatnot and you would have the best reason for it.
So yeah...stay in Japan.
