I think bird wings might have been more appropriate. For me anyway.

Feathery wings in general seem to be more prominent in pop culture. I don't really see why so many people want to have something in common with insects.

I'm a little surprised we can fly with these wings. I guess it's just this place making it possible, but it seems like they'd be too fragile.

The concept of having wings at all just strikes me as wrong. Especially wings this... delicate. I keep getting scared that a sharp draft is going to rip them to shreds or something.

Try staying on the ground and away from drafts. Mine are pretty long, so that's what I've been doing.
