I just got a call from my midwife to tell me that my betas from the bloodwork on Thursday came back at normal for 5-6 weeks, and although the ultrasound didn't show anything, maybe it's just too early? not good
I had two ultrasounds, the second was a transvaginal to be absolutely sure. I have a blighted ovum. All development stopped at about 5 weeks (3 weeks development), which was about 2 - 3 weeks ago. So, we're watching my levels to make sure that they're coming down, and if everything proceeds as "normal" then I won't need a D & C. If things haven't ( Read more... ) -
Home Inspection
Well, we've had our home inspection. There are a few concerns, but nothing horrible. We're asking for a credit, so hopefully we'll get a little something off the closing. It was interesting to see what happens and what info you get ( Read more... ) -
this is a long one... and rambly, too.
It's odd, although I have great difficulty working up any enthusiasm or motivation to do anything but sleep, pee, and eat, I've actually gotten quite a bit accomplished the past little bit. Of course, part of that is because I can get a lot done at 4am. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to a normal 8am-5pm job. I'd never see my husband. He ( Read more... ) -

I'm sorry, but unless this guy tied her to a chair, pinched her nose, and poured the booze down her throat, he is not responsible for her death. She drank herself to death. So, aside from the heartburn, bloating, and excessive burping - and I do mean excessive, it's embarassing and funny - all is going well. I haven't had any morning sickness (touch wood) and although I can go from wearing size 10 jeans to to size 14 jeans (and sometimes back again) in the course of one day, I'm feeling pretty good ( Read more... )
