Neal's past is revealed & FBI think Neal ran
1) It's a story about a child kidnapping case. White collar was involved because the family were friends with Hughes. It comes out that Neal was kidnapped as a child and the current case is his kidnapper finding him again. It ends with the kidnapper committing suicide.
2) In the middle of a case Neal cuts his anklet in order to force the FBI to come in because the bad guy would have gotten away. The thing that really stood out is the scene where Neal is talking to the mark's secretary I believe and everyone in the van is laughing because it sounds like a business transaction for a legitimate business.
