Your internal stream of consciousness (about pimples, the president, Mitch Hedberg [he was indeed hilarious]) sounds vastly less intelligent than the rest of it. (I'd probably flatter myself if I was writing this and make me sound more intelligent) I don't know if it's just honest or what. For some reason, I'm inclined to believe that your inner monologue isn't really much like that, although that seems to be what you were going for.

And, of course, it could use some spell checking and punctuation policing.

BUT, on the whole, it was really entertaining. I particularly enjoyed the SAW parody; I laughed out loud, and hard.
