Internet homeless.
In the before time, my digital home was on the local BBSes, including my own. Then I discovered the internet and followed my brother to an IRC channel. After that my now-wife introduced me to a mailing list I frequented for years but never really felt part of the community. Later, I followed Nisha here, re-converging with some of the same people ( Read more... ) -
Random updates...
- Nathan informed us a few nights ago that he has a loose tooth, and indeed he does. The new tooth is visible just behind the baby tooth. I haven't gotten Sebastian to sit still enough to check, but Nisha managed to check and it seems the same tooth is loose on him. Twins are neat.

So, yeah, summer and blogging don't mix for me. In no particular order:- I've been driving Nathan to camp the last few weeks. Every day he wants to listen to two songs - Matthew & Son by Cat Stevens and Coin-Operated Boy by The Dresden Dolls.

Tasteless.
A conversation at work today drifted to what career opportunities Eliot Spitzer might pursue now that his show on MSNBC has been canceled. Porn was mentioned. A title was proposed: "Spitzer Swallows".
Political porn may be a largely untapped niche market. I came up with the title "Erections Have Consequences". Any other good ones? -

This was how the last couple days went:
Friday:
01:00 PST (04:00 EST) - Get back from vendor dinner, go to sleep.
05:15 PST (08:15 EST) - Woke up in SF, dressed, packed, etc.
07:45 PST (10:15 EST) - Went to vendor summit.
12:00 PST (15:00 EST) - Finished up with vendor, off to lunch.
13:30 PST (16:30 EST) - Met with friend, went record shopping.
