I think I'm buying a house. Well, a townhouse. It's cute. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, lots of closet space, fenced in back yard, covered patio, storage shed, all new paint and carpet, new floors in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, new EVERYTHING in the kitchen- stove, fridge, dishwasher, newer windows.. I really like the place

hope you figure everything out, and with wanting to stay at least another year here, maybe looking to buy might be a good option so you aren't just renting.
