I'm glad the candle burning thing worked for you, you needed some stress-release time. Lol, I don't know HOW you take power naps, whenever I try to take one, I end up sleeping for like 6 hours.
lol i can take like 10-20 min naps but then if i try to sleep like an hour, when my alarm goes off i wanna go back to sleep.. AND that reminds me!! i wanted to sleep like 2 hours and then get up to write some more when my mom went to work (6 am) but i woke up at 2 in the afternoon lol
