I felt skeptical of Matt Smith too and I ended up adoring him. I hope it goes the same way. But I think maybe 12 will be a bit darker.

Definite "yes" to more of a pixie's tale! So good to see you back. Would love to see some of your original work and maybe go down the Mortal Instruments road? Big hugs! BTW, finished the book. Will go see the movie and hope it is better. I was really bummed when she started leaning on cliche plot elements.

I've been pondering the MI road... I adore Magnus. And I would love to write him. I wasn't super hyped about the first book. Honestly, except for small differences, the movie was probably better. They streamlined a lot of the stuff and alleviated the movie-goer's potential squckyness for the whole "are they or aren't they" part. So that was good.
