i've never really given much thought but tonight, when i was riding the shuttle home, there were two women talking about their hair and what they do to it and what they've done wrong. i stopped and looked at all the women on the bus. i then started to think of the girls i know and came to this conclusion: most women fuck with their hair quite a bit ( Read more... )

I too have always noticed how chicks fuck with their hair too much. I get complimented on my hair all the time (at least I have something) and I don't do shit to it. Some people can't leave well enough alone. Maybe it's an insecurity thing.

Sure I care how it looks. Otherwise I wouldn't have it. Probably I don't do anything to it because males aren't supposed to screw with it.

I've died my hair for a long ass time. It takes about a half an hour every six weeks.
The reason? I look better that way.
Every time I re-color my hair, I get a compliment about how much better I look. But the real reason, is that I look better to myself. I just don't think I look right with blonde hair. I'll bet you a hundred dollars you think I'm more attractive as a redhead.
If I bothered to curl my hair every day, that would be one thing. But dying hair isn't hardly a hassle at all.

I can't speak for stewardesses, and I'm not sure if blondes have more fun.
I'm a natural blonde and I avoid it like the plague.

Why did you once wear make-up? Why do you pick the clothes you wear? Why do you cut your hair the way you do?

Alot of them are just trying to look a little better, to themselves, or others. Like everybody else.

yeah but i think it's a little more because you're doing something to your body as opposed to just changing your clothes or wearing make-up. these things can be changed daily. hair is just weird because we don't think much about it but it's a big deal as far as looks go. hell, i think about how i want my hair weekly....
