I haven't been in your situation, but I did have to deal with an alcoholic father who almost killed himself twice. He was never abusive though.

I'm sorry, I know this is a serious entry but I can't help but laugh at this part: "Wile drunk, she has ran around the house/ streets naked, screaming until she is blue/purple in the face. When she does it, it's almost like she's possessed or something." ROTFL. Just picturing that .. made my day.

Seriously though, all you need is for me to come kidnap you and you live here with me, and have all kinds of good times without the concern of a drunken mom. Sound like a plan?
