This is the ubiquitous "fake cut," for I don't feel like tracking entries everywhere. You are all perfectly welcome to add to the list or pass it about.
There were many times where the plot holes left me with WTF???
And I will never be completely satisfied with Snape/Lily (which is rather one-sided and unrequited...). JK was never good at romance....but there has to be MORE than just his love for her to tear him from such a dark dark bond that is the Death Eaters. I mean, look at the Malfoys. You could tell they wanted out by like book 5, but there was no way... So...that irritated me.
Them leaving his body to ROT IN THE SHRIEKING SHACK. This I simply cannot stand. Cannot abide. Wow, I didn't even realize that....I guess I was just so relieved she didn't go completely irrational and made Snape bad. Because believe me, I wasn't about to put it past her...
Also, a bunch of other people I know on a Tolkien community all saw similarities to fan fics they've read.

All of this happens in the span of one night. None of us know that they took out the body of Severus Snape when Voldermort was deadified. It's a little unfair to say they simply left it to rot. Until, Harry saw the memories (which he had to go to the Headmaster's Office to see), and -then- had to deal with voldermort right after, it's unfair to say the left him be.
His funeral was quiet and off screen and sometime after the book, like he would have wanted.
Seconds ago I put down the book and am way too pissed off to write anything of substance, but I'll just say I agree with pretty much everything you wrote.
