Appearance: He's as thin as a rail and short too, though his piercing blue eyes and constant aggression help make up for it. He always wears his blonde hair up in a ponytail and usually wears feathers in it to match the rest of his garish garments and the make up that hides his face.
Personality
He's a manipulative sadist who likes dolls, causing suffering and his reflection. He has a tendancy to collect young women as assistants, much to everyone's confusion. He treats his subordinates well except when he's angry or they've failed him, which is fairly often. He's picky, vain, and likes trolling everyone.

Personality
Character in a Nutshell: Colm has been compared to Fai of Tsubasa and Urahara Kisuke of Bleach. XD I guess that's a pretty good summary of what kind of character he is. Basically? He's the really awesome guy who's semi-hot and kickass, but behind all his lazy smiles and silly jokes is a wounded soul that never rests. Colm has a very comforting aura, warm and alluring -- but at the same time, it's not that he's aloof and detatched, he's just... a little distant, somehow.

Dragon Ball Z. You know how Kami and Dende are the "Guardians of the Earth"? Let's take that concept and run with it. The DBWikia says: "[Guardians] have many of the powers associated with gods including the ability to see and sense events around the world, to travel to and guide souls to Other World, and to be a general protector of the people. They also are long-lived, though not immortal. Unlike more traditional gods, the role of Guardian is an office which can be vacated and subsequently refilled by a mortal."
This... is a pretty good summary of what Colm can do. He doesn't normally do that "guiding souls to the afterlife" thing (he says that place creeps him out, but that might be a lie), if ever, but he is very in tune with the World and its Wavering magic.
