Well option 2 really refers to me, but you can broaden the scope to disaprove of pigtails in general. :)

I often blabber about my disapproval of pigtails, but in actuality, they're kind of cute, and to empathize, I imagine they are a lot cooler on a hot day than a pony tail. Just avoid lollipos and pigtails on the same day. as that can get creepy.
