I've been in this place for a little over a year now, and I still can't help but be surprised at some of the events and curses that occur in this city. Some of them are nice and generally harmless, others cause pain and sorrow, and still others just make me wonder what's going on in here.

With curses, do they choose who gets affected and who doesn'

I don't think that they do -- at least, I hope not -- but I have wondered about it! You know, because there're times where some people are affected and others, well, aren't.

Yeah... I hope I'm wrong about that.

It's just really weird, with all these people becoming couples and all... I know it's supposed to be cute, but the suddenness of it is really creepy.

Just what are you trying to say? That people get cursed because of who they are?

No, but I noticed that some of the people here tend to get hit with similar curses? And that some people have an easier time avoiding them than others.

So I wanted to know why that's the case.

I guess it'd be worth looking into if you could, but it's kind of hard to conduct a study like that if you're getting cursed, too.

I know! I don't know if you're interested, but I'd like your help, if that's okay! Maybe you can conduct it on the occassions where I'm cursed!

...plus it'd be interesting to see just what kinds of curses I tend to get.
