random synapse firings in the brain, and a possessed tv. clearly there's some serious disturbances in the area. Personally I blame vera, she's disturbed enough to fill your whole basement with crazy.

mmm, i thought of the "random synapse firings" thing too, but the problem is the flash wasn't at me, it actually illuminated part of the room in pitch darkness
