Is/can this ever be an uncensored medium with which to record your thoughts? Does anyone else find themselves holding back every time the familiar update journal window pops up? Although it's abstract, I understand what you mean. Because of the public nature, even amongst friends, you can't say everything on your mind. LJ is an incredibly crappy private log of one's thoughts and feelings but a great means of communication. It is a good way to simply tell everyone what you did today or what is on your mind, within the confines of maintaining your personal secrets, the inner sanctum that you hardly even share with yourself. And although I just paraphrased you entry, it was in agreement. I miss ya Joe. Come visit in the now and then.

Wow Joe. I definitely agree with that. That would be a good explanation as to why I don't want to be a senior. Thank you. You just gave me the answer to all those people who ask why I feel that way. It was starting to get annoying not being able to accurately express myself in my answer to that question.

As far as people not saying what they truly feel, I'm just gonna go ahead and say what I truly feel about you right now: The pot is starting to get to you, and it would appear that spurts of philosophical insight are one of the longterm effects of your using it. If that offended you, oh well. Remember, I'm still willingly carrying a part of you with me. :P
