LOLOL. I think it's because the Sanazawa writers are mostly biased towards Nozawa. I know I am. XD

asdfjkl MAN THIS IS TOO CUTE. *___*

Sanada takes in the whole scene, with Nozawa sitting before him in a blue apron and still rubbing his cheek in an endearing fashion before he finds the temptation too great to resist and leans across the table to press a kiss to Nozawa’s lips. Nozawa’s eyes widen in surprise. Sanada realizes what he is doing and quickly sinks back into his seat, bracing himself for rejection with eyes trained on the food in front of him.
