a delicious and healthy quick dinner is:
1. mashed sweet potato combined with avocado
2. asparagus salad with cracked pepper, fetta cheese and fresh basil leaves &
3. corn on the cob!
a banana, strawberry, peach and kiwi fruit smoothie including juice which contains echinacia is also good afterward.
