songfic10As they walked along, through the enchanted forest on planet P4X-769 he slipped his rough hand into her gentle one. They danced happily as the rain that fell from the sky above their heads soothed their souls. They were finally at peace, more peace than they had ever felt before, or would ever feel again.
Something in your eyes makes me wanna loose myself,
makes me wanna loose myself, in your arms.
There’s something in your voice, makes my heart beat fast.
Hope this feeling lasts, the rest of my life.
She turned to look at him, and she smiled as she watched him smile back at her, making her feel warm and safe, even in the cold rain. He was more handsome than she had ever noticed before, and his eyes made her feel safe, secure and very wanted. It was the most wonderful feeling she had ever felt.
If you knew how lonely my life has bin,
and how long I’ve been so alone.
If you knew how I wanted someone to come along,
and change my life the way you’ve done.
It was now his turn to look to her, and he watched her dance with such bliss. She looked so very happy, and beautiful, and charming. She had a certain, unforgettable grace about her, and the way that the rain caused her hair to engulf her face was enchanting.
It feels like home too me.
It feels like home too me.
Feels like I’m all the way back where I come from.
It feels like home too me.
It feels like home too me.
Feels like I’m all the way back where I belong.
In that moment they both looked down, into her arm, and saw the newborn that she held so dear sleeping, content. They’re newborn. So small, so precious, so innocent, and so unaware of its parent’s bliss, and it’s cause. The girl in her arms was as peaceful and content as her parents, yet perhaps even more so. The rain was trickling down her chubby little face, and yet it did not cry.
Well, I’m all right, coz I have you hear with me.
And I can almost see, through the dark there is light.
I never thought I’d love anyone so much.
The family was, for the first time in their lives, safe, free, and happy.
Jack, Sam and their little baby girl.
