Step 1. Exclusion layer! I'm so original XD in #092661. :D
Step 2. Duplicate and desaturate your base, and stick it to Screen.
Step 3. Fixing time :DDDD! Duplicate the desat. base and change the blending mode to Hard Light.
Yay! I can see Arashi now. o_O Well, I could see her before; but that's irrelevant!
Step 4. LIGHT TEXTURE TIME!!! [Screen layer mode] [no icon of mine is complete without a light texture. lmao.] This one was by silverqe .

Step 5. Get your original, coloured base. Slap it on soft light.
Step 6. Another silverqe creation; but this time, on Overlay. [Oh, I should mention; all of these are on 100%.]

Step 7. Mutilate another perfectly good texture by the same and stick it on screen.

Step 8. Coloured base, Screen, 100%. I actually stuck it on Overlay after this. Fun fact -- it's at 3%, so it makes no difference! I should really crop out unnecessary layers.
Step 9000. New Adjustment Layer --> Brightness & Contrast. Brightness: +90 Contrast: +40. No, I'm not kidding. This will probably ruin the icon. Stick it on Overlay, 27%.
Step 10. New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Colouring.
Reds: Cyan -100 Magenta +100 Yellow +100 Black +100
Yellows: Cyan -100 Black +100
Magentas: Cyan -100 Magenta +100 Yellow +100 Black -7
Normal 45%.

RGB: Input 152 Output 129
Step 12. Colour Balance. [Yes, last step, and then the text. Whew.]
Midtones: -100 -65 -63
Shadows: +55 +22 +3
Highlights: -19 -4 -14

Remember Step 3? Go back to that bit. Then use the text tool. Arial, 24 pt, -80 kerning. In black. :3 I stroked it in 1px white -77% opacity, by the way. XD Duplicate it, minus the stroke. Skip over the next light texture & soft light base and then duplicate it again, Overlay 18%.
Step 14. Also text. Past my mutilated texture; text tool, Arial 11pt, 760 kerning, oh and in black. XDDD Ctrl+T, Height -100%. Duplicate it and move it.
And uh... That's it!~ XD;;;
