So it seems that Mr. Kiske is no longer in the city. His frequency is no longer active. Seeing as was one of the few on the force taking charge, I'd suggest that we actively make a decision on how to handle the loss to the force. Backtracking from what little progress we've made these past couple of months is hardly a viable option at this point.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
