It's about time I did one of these. Tell me what your characters think of Elphaba, Franz, and Washu, and I'll tell you what they think about yours!

...Franz needs a bigger social circle.

Itachi doesn't really like or dislike Franz yet. It always takes him awhile to get past his initial indifference to new people he meets (unless the annoy him right off the bat or something, but Franz didn't do that, so). But so far he finds Franz kind of...amusing. Or something close to amusing. Because he's so very nice and good and disapproves of killing things. He's like...the polar opposite of Itachi. So it's oddly amusing.

Yeah. Um. Itachi's like. Evil. Anyway! He doesn't really have much opinion of Washu. And he's only really met Elphaba when she was Maleficent, and hasn't talked much to her as herself, so. No real opinon there either. And Soi Fong doesn't have much opinion of any of them yet that I can recall, either, because she doesn't interact with them enough. *fail*

First, the only one who isn't Elphaba!

Fiyero met Franz when he was little, and thought he was pretty awesome because unlike all those other adults, Franz understood the concept of being held for ransom and didn't tell him he was silly/would be going home soon.

...and now the rest.

Fiyero loves Elphaba. He's still a bit confused by her being different from how she was, but she's still Elphaba, and she's still snarky and passionate (although not, alas, about him in the right way) and fascinating and, well, he loves her, it's basically something he doesn't consciously control any more than he tries to control his own breathing.

Glinda! She's still not quite convinced about this whole 'come from your future' business, and she's not entirely sure what was going on with her and Elphie anyway. But she likes chatting to Elphie, even if it does mean she has to think a lot more, and she very much wants to find out why Elphaba's changed and what happened. There's love there, too, and really deep friendship. BFF until it all goes horribly ( ... )

Ryuuken: Has no opinion either way about any of them. [SPOILERS] Franz has that whole dead thing going on which Ryuuken noticed and promptly dismissed 'cause there're a lot of dead people in camp. [/SPOILERS]

Kanda: I don't even think he's met any of them.

Haruhi: Elphaba is GREEN which is AWESOME and also the chick she got her kitten from.

Washu is A++ in Haruhi's book. She's fun to hang out with. She's from the future, has a spaceship-girl-cabbit thing. Plus, she made that beach for Haruhi. Haruhi will always be super grateful for that.

I WILL COMMENT WITH FRANZ' WHEN I FINISH IT. Which will hopefully be tomorrow.

This sounds kinda bad, but Franz was sort of a fluke for Haruhi. She had just had two of her roommates move out, one of which had been staying with her for a couple of months. She was a bit lonely, not that she'll ever admit to it, and lo and behold Franz shows up and needs a place to stay. Now, in the beginning, Franz had two points in his favor.

1.) He wasn't an idiot or annoying. Franz was well-spoken and polite. And despite having just arrived in camp, he wasn't all "omg camp sux i wanna go home D:" at her. Or at all, that she could see. Which is good 'cause Haruhi has no patience dipshits and probably would have punched him or something.

2.) He didn't flaunt the whole being a noble thing in her face. That would have also resulted in her trying to hit him or something. lolz violence is an always answerThese both earned him major brownie points. Then there were their random scattered threads ( ... )

Haruhi: For the first few times Franz talked to Haruhi, he didn't think all that much of it. It's not that he didn't like her, but rather that he's very used to being polite and having conversations without expecting them to go anywhere insofar as friendship. Not to mention he gets along with women very well, so the fact he was getting along with her wasn't anything strange. Theeeen she started being more serious, and sometimes reacting in ways that confused him. And they started talking about more personal things. And then he actually felt motivated to needle her into confessing something. So, his perceptions of her have changed, along with the way he acts towards her. He'll be every bit as nice, but also more honest, and more teasing when he feels like it. Haruhi distracts him from thinking about what happened to him and worrying about Albert (often by talking about Albert, but it's not like he minds that!). He honestly is grateful for her offering him a place to stay and being so helpful when it comes to things that bother him - ( ... )
