i just sent in my 2 weeks notice to work. Hopefully i can get on the dole for 'compassionate family care leave' for 3 months, and get my freelance on! woooo! -

so, i finally got audacity to work with my computer properly. it is now recording at proper speed, and i've made a few test recordings. once i get tracks all burned onto discs, i unleash the mixes.

Phew. what a vacation. I tried to write a journal of it, but that fell apart after three days. mostly because after that I realized that I had become the technical director for the main stage. Shambhala is once again just around the corner, and I could not be more excited. Once again it is time to bask and relax in the sun as I expand my honed craft and skills. well, this has been one hectic month.
not to say that it has been nothing but work, since the latter part of June meetings start to tail off, and the business world shuts down for summer holidays.
