I'm most of the way through my second year at OCAD, and I still think it's pretty neat. Some of the teachers are absent-minded, the admins are impossible to get through to unless you see them in person, and I was rather disappointed that so many of the students are largely uninteresting, but honestly, I think it's the best art school out there. It's the artiest of art schools... and that explains the absent-mindedness and such of the staff, and the general flakiness of the students and faculty. The rest of the art schools that I've heard of sound horribly stifling to the creative spirit, as most of them are based in universities that also teach med programs and such. What I think is great about OCAD is most of all seeing the finished art of my peers, and learning the skills that I've wanted to pick up for so long. Maybe I've just gotten lucky so far, but it seems that, provided you avoid the classes that are guaranteed to be wankfests of artphaggery, you'll be alright. *shrug* I suppose it depends on the student ( ... )

Exactly on the laundry thing.. and the ocad thing was more rhetorical really.. That started as a reply to Wily's post.. but then I figured I should just make a post... cause it had been a while..
I am glad that you are enjoying it tho. Its good that you are getting what you want out of it.

No smoke and slow internet make Weasel something something?

Your PS2 is saying "Give me to Wily... he'll fix it.. yeah, that's it... fix it...". ... don't forget my controller too! (memory card as well for troubleshooting)

Enh. Forget getting dressed. Better yet (when you can) buy a housecoat, then stop shaving. Just go to school like that... start spread rumours you got stuck in the system.. you're enrolled, paid your fees, but can't get past academic upgrading, so they keep putting you through the same course until your fees run out in 17 years.
