well said, good for you. I too am just getting used to the routine of getting up and working out each AM. I am still at the point where I can go either way each morning but I have thankfully chose wisely and worked out each day. I am contemplating a 5K run within the next month or so.

Have a great day.

I tried c25k before, but I burned out in week 7. When I switched my goal from a 5k to a marathon, I miraculously became able to jog a whole 5k without a walk break.

I don't know if it's psychological and related to the goal or if it forced me to slow down my training pace a little in order to handle longer distances, but when I went from jogging merely 2.25mi in half an hour to jogging a whole 5k, I was ecstatic. And now a 3 miler is a normal run for me.

I only run 4 days a week for training, and I should be cross-training on at least two off days, but I don't seem to be motivated to get to the gym.
