So it looks like my time with the DMLE is winding up. Got my official notice in the post this morning, just three more weeks until the gig is up. I can't say that I'm disappointed that I won't be going to the Ministry every other day to cross reference half a million bank records with other data, but I'll miss the second paycheck

I did not mope! I might have been a bit surly, but that's because work is a bitch these days. And while I'm sure you and your sofa must miss me, I'm somewhat partial to sleeping on beds. As for Tonks... she left. She hasn't come back yet either. Your mum said she's staying at Grimmauld but I haven't gone over there yet to check. I was hoping I wouldn't have to, but if she isn't home by Friday I will. We're about to arrest that guy who murdered his co-worker at the Ministry, so as soon as that all settles down I'll be able to sort out the mess that's become of my personal life. Thanks again though mate, for everything.

I don't know what's wrong. We've both just been really irritable lately. I'd say it was all because of work, but I don't know.
