This is a great idea! There is another lj comm that I thought was this, but it wasn't (lj_scribe), so a resounding yes!

Yeah, lj_scribe is like prompts/challenges, right?

Not that I'm saying we would NEVER do a prompt thing, just to get people's juices flowing or whatnot, but I look at this as more of a pressure-free environment. No one's obligated to do something if they don't want to, etc. :)

And yay! Your interest has been duly noted. :)

... I don't know what more information I want, lol. But it does sound interesting. I guess I just picked 'maybe' because I can't guarantee I'd join (in case you are gauging numbers to decide whether to create it).

I totally understand. Everyone works differently and I get that and completely respect that. And like you, I don't often want to talk about it or discuss it WHILE I am writing. But before writing and after writing? Absolutely.

So yes, workshopping, critique circles, whatever people are interested in doing or think will be helpful, I am completely open to. Whether you're in the pre-writing stages, the during stage or the after stage, it's all good to me.

As a NaNoer for eight years this year and an ML for three, I'd love to be part of this because sometimes it's a bit tiring being the one cheering everyone else on. Not that I don't want to cheer people on here too, obviously, but it'd be nice to have some other people to lean on once in a while.
