i changed my layout
for the first time in six million years
Rain in the desert today, although the sun keeps poking out and reminding us that rain in the desert is sick and wrong and sick, so there's that. It's a pity, honestly. We could use a good rainy day. It's these excessively weird and humid and sunny days that make me want to stay in with the blinds down and my door shut, but instead I have to go to work this afternoon.
I haven't uploaded a mood theme in literal years, but I thought about getting one up there, and I found a way to do it, but god it's still tedious. You'd think after, like, an entire site overhaul, they'd find a way to make it a little easier? Like direct upload or something. I don't have a paid account anymore (thinking about going back, but IDK), so I can't really upload too many photos. Also the cats are pretty cute. Oh LJ, every time I come running back to you, you make me want to throw money at you, in the hopes that you will get better. I just don't use tumblr the way I used to anymore, so I need spaces to journal and create.
Speaking of, it's a grand tragedy that I can't find a solid picspam LJ. Those were the days.
