well. my old computer had a problem: the latch broke (its a laptop). so i took it in to bestbuy to get it fixed. they sent it away. then i just went to pick it up the other day and well, interestingly enough they werent able to find the part to fix the latch. so instead they were forced to give me a new computer. sigh. i dont know if i feel bad or
