where there are slots already... to fill in the gaps you could get it matted, or do it yourself (would be cheaper). all you need to get is some nice paper... i know you can get single sheets of it at art stores for about $1 to $2 and an X-acto knife or razor and cut three sheets of paper .5 inches bigger than the opening (so 5.5x7.7 for a 5x7 opening) and cut a 3.5x2.5 opening in the middle of that.
OR...
just cut out a 5.5x7.5 piece of paper and scotch tape it to that... it might stay up better that way.
it's all about measuring. you could even do that with a frame that doesn't have spots for smaller prints, just buy the paper and cut it out yourself.
These are absolutly beautiful. I do something a little bit like this. I however am not real skilled in the painting or drawing department and so i resort to photography and collages. Once again, Beautiful Work!!!
likewise. i can be a lot more "bold" on the internet than in person, say offending things, that sort of thing, but i am generally not into confrontation if i can help it. right now my beliefs are not popular in the world, but i am not going around and pointing fingers at everyone and saying i'm better than them (bad move).
