Death of Marat

Small distractions all week: Younger sister came home to visit, Halloween and a giant paper on the effects of the Enlightenment on art of Europe and American: 1700-1800. Also, been chugging away at NaNoWriMo ideas... *scribbles em down*

Your sketches will be up tomorrow Squid (I hope you don't mind that it took me a bit to get into the groove.)~

Ah! History of Arts ... XVIII and XIX centuries are quite interesting, unfortunately I don't know many American artists (I just know the main subjects were panoramic views and environments of your beautiful land).

Do you have suggestions? I'd like to check my personal library to find something more about Art in America during that period.

BTW, if you're interested ... I posted a couple of photos about something you won't find inside any book; it's something about my small city: there's a wonderful Renaissance Statue of the Virgin Mary, I'm sure you'll like it. :) ;D
