So for the last week and a half I've had this problem where around 75% of the time that I turn my head to the left something in my neck catches and sends extremely sharp pain shooting from my neck down to midway down the left side of my back. I'm starting to get worried.

I can feel something deep inside popping every time it happens.

Also hey man what are you doing for work these days I'm still a tech at Microsoft maybe I could hook you up with a job or some such. We're putting together a team to travel nationally and internationally for over a week at a time to deploy MMS to companies that have purchased the Microsoft Managed Systems service from us. It's a joint partnership between MS and Siemens(my company) and the pay is great I hear.

Man, you should go see a doctor. Doesn't sound like something you should wait on to see if it gets better.
