Attached are two pictures. One of the new Arcanite Magician fusion, and one of the new Monarch. And an audiophile of hysterical cackling laughter.

...wow, they made a Monarch worse than Granmarg and another upgraded form of Arcanite that's not as good as Arcanite.

I didn't know that was possible!

Yeah, especially since the thing doesn't combo with Magical Dimension. And why the hell would anyone make a mill/grave removal card unable to attack the turn it's summoned?

It does. You just have to give up Magical Dimension's nuke. Which. Makes it way less good than I originally thought, but far from the worst card.

I think it's just as good if not better than Arcanite.

and I think Dirge is pretty good too, now that everything uses tons of graveyard revival.

... You're happy, I take it?

Dirge... looks like Shikou will like it. If it's not too expensive, maybe I'll get him one.

I don't think many people are gonna use it anyway.

Yes. It seems insanely specific. You're either playing it for very specific deck tactics. Or for a particular opponent.

And as you said, it seems specifically to brutalize the Infernity, X-Saber, Blackwing and what not decks.
