I probably would have written off the web page for "The Computer Merchant Limited" as a worthwhile tool for job searching under more favourable circumstances, but instead have persisted in trying to upload my resume until all options were exhausted. I'm now trying to decide whether or not it's worth setting up a resume there by dint of answering

When I was between jobs, every piece of job application software I encountered was a different bag of bugs and bad design. I presume that they only survive because the users (job seekers) are highly motivated. But I got a job through someone I knew from a previous employment, anyway, not through electronic cold-calling.

I've had calls from the Computer Merchant in the past - and in fact some rather interesting phone conversations with them. But I agree as well that the web site is the pits.
