Yesterday I dreamt that my girlfriend was a robot, I didn't recognize her as my current girlfriend, but it was a dream and I have trouble remembering what goes on in my dreams. I have some memory of being frustrated, and then almost instantly she (the robot) broke into hundreds of random mechanical parts like dumping a bag of marbles on the floor

Yeah, usually they don't seem to have feeling associated with them or make any sense when I can remember them. This one did, even though I'm sure I dont remember some things in it.

The weird thing is that what I feel in my consious mind and apparently what I feel in my subconsious appear to be completely different. I have been really depressed lately because I haven't been able to see her and I feel like I'm pretty low-priority in general, but I really want to fix it and I don't really know how.
