So I took a few pics of the death trap I almost fell through new years eve. The last one gives you some perspective as to just how high up the 2nd floor is. You can see a guy on the corner and he was a good 6 feet tall. I'm guessin it's about 30 feet or so.

Now that'd be a peril to set up, pretty damsel tied to the fire escape, barefoot, villain wearing workboots, attaches jumper cables to the metal and then heads downstairs to start the car....
