i am in the new apartment. i'm knee-deep in boxes of STUFF. my friday night consists of me n' the tortoise, some delicious pasta i whipped up, a few beers, the tv, and the occasional cigarette on the front stoop...i can feel the anxiety melting away. granted, getting this place to livable is going to prove to take nothing short of a miracle,

I actually introduced someone as "so-and-so's" girlfriend last night, however the question was "how do you know her" and honestly... that's how. I did feel a little weird about it. But, I also mentioned a few other tidbits about her and that we hang out a lot. yeah.

funny thing...i think it was stories about said party that spawned that comment. somebody told me that they saw you there along with everybody else i've ever known in chicago for the past 5 years. Puppet talk sometime in the next few days? I'm free in the evenings and over the weekend.
