I meant to ask last year... is there a "schedule" or "training plan" somewhere online (or e-mailable) that you're using to train up? I'm going to *have* to start training again NOW before I never sleep again. Please lemme know when you have a sec!

Besides... initial walkies of the season aren't fast ones... just there to remind us that we're mortal and *ow* that hurts to do that again... :)

I'm not saying that this is the best training plan (nor even necessarily what I'll use), but it's a start. Configure as necessary for your OWN life.
