It's really hard for me to blog lately when all I feel like do is whining. I don't really want to subject anyone (including myself reading back through the archives from time to time). BTW, as an early graduation gift, I bought artana an Amazon Kindle. Highly recommend it. Awesome device. -
Composting
I have no idea why in the world we need a compost heap. I will say this, having started one, the amount of trash we put out has gone down. Plus, Pittsburgh just recently implemented a single stream recycling effort which I'm very much looking forward to finally just being able to cram all the recycables into one bag ( Read more... ) -

This past weekend we had to go to Costco. I had just walked in the door and this woman was staring at me and I was getting a little self conscience. She finally spoke up as I was walking through the door and she asked, "What is m-e-h?"
